terms of service

- hi! -
my time fluctuates and i tend to encounter things that reduce my free time without much warning. i also have limited mental/social energy and cannot always get back to communications right away. please consider this before commissioning me, my priority will be to get you good artwork within my stated timeframes. i will see this to completion and if i cannot, i will refund you.- rights i retain -
• to use my own artwork in listing advertisings or social media posts
• to refuse service for personal or other reasons
• to refuse refunds. if you commission me i will complete the work. in the case i determine on my end i cannot fulfill this, i will refund you.- general -
• i do not offer refunds
• i do not offer commercial rights, artwork and designs commissioned from me are for personal use only.
• please allow a turnaround of 2 months minimum to 6 months max. it is usually much less than this especially for more simple requests. this is here mostly to consider variables in my personal life
• please do not edit or draw over commissioned work or a designs artwork- work days for communication and progress -
